Solutions = Results = Success

RecognitionArt designs, fabricates and installs compelling donor recognition systems throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.

You have come to a company which will treat you professionally and with respect. It may seem there is a lot to understand. Do not stress, as we will help you discover that knowledge.

“Donor Details©” is an all-inclusive award winning e-booklet that will show you the way to navigate the complexities of donor recognition. Your final result will be completed on time, on budget and with the look that shows your investors how much you appreciate them.

Do not agonize about little details that you are unsure of. Start a tablet for your project and write all the notes, questions, ideas and concerns you may have. Once these are on paper they are easier to deal with. Many questions will arise from reading "Donor Details©" and from our "RecognitionMap©". These useful tools will help guide you through the process of achieving a display that you will be proud to introduce to donors and future donors.

The "RecognitionMap©" is a detailed questionnaire designed to elicit information necessary to begin the design concept phase. Allow us to assist by guiding you through the questions and helping make an easy transition from your thoughts to paper. After completion of either step, RecognitionArt can begin to guide you towards the look and feel of a system that is designed for the needs of your organization.

Experienced with donor recognition?

Through years of experience working with not-for-profit organizations, RecognitionArt has gathered a world of information about what is important to donors. Besides the main reasons acknowledgement, gratitude and appreciation are just a few of the motives why donors contribute to a not-for-profit.

Not all recognition needs to be expensive or massive. Our designs will fit into the not-for-profits décor whether inside your facility or outdoors. Time is taken with each of our clients to gather information and to insure recognition is presented in an appropriate and appealing fashion. RecognitionArt can also guide you in how to present donor levels whether it is in dollar amounts, named categories, location of the name or various size fonts.

Budgets “where do I stand”?

Now you are probably saying ‘but how do I know how much a system costs or how much should we spend’? This link to the budget section of "Donor Details©" will help you tailor your budget to your goals and funds available.

Do not think that every display needs to be costly. RecognitionArt has produced many custom displays using our Changeable All-in-One System in stock sizes as a base and then customize them to fit your budget.

Getting started is as easy as calling or e-mailing and asking for RecognitionArt to provide you an assessment based on the "RecognitionMap©". If you are looking for ideas before you complete the form, we can have a simple conversation to exchange ideas without the pressure of a commissioned salesperson trying to close the sale.

So “what happens after the sale and I need help or more products”?

Our customer service representative has been with RecognitionArt for almost 10 years and she knows the ins and outs of almost any issue you have. If she does not know the answer she will find out quickly. Many of our displays are designed to enable our clients to update their display using their own printers or in some instances, a local printer for wider formatted displays.

How much easier can that be? In the case of needing Corian©, glass or some other media pieces added to your display, RecognitionArt maintains an overage (cut for you when we originally cut the media) of materials used on your project. If additional material is needed in six weeks or six years, RecognitionArt will have it. A complete history is kept of your display, how it was manufactured and what materials were used. Whether the display is Corian©, glass, Plexiglas©, metal or wood, we have records to add, revise and manufacture additional displays or additions.

In Conclusion

RecognitionArt is not new to this industry. Its founders spent years in the not-for-profit sector before founding RecognitionArt in 1993. Our first e-booklet “Do it for the Donor” was written in 1996 and placed on our first website in the same year.

The "RecognitionMap©" has been used in various forms since 1998 on our websites. Allow our experience (see ‘Our Story’ and Lessons from Larry) to help facilitate an easy path for you without any pressure. Read our references and relax in the knowledge that you came to the right company.
